Mark Andrews was raised in the great Pacific Northwest. He joined the Army in 1996 as a Combat Engineer. While in the Army he deployed to multiple locations including Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He retired from the Army in 2016, with an honorable discharge. His hobbies include backpacking, hiking, photography, gardening, and art. Mark has two adult daughters as well as two adult sons. He currently lives in Franklin, NC. He has been working with Carolina Inspection Services Inc since 2016. Andrews serves as inspector for SC, NC, GA, AL, and TN.

Greg Moore is a class of 2000 graduate from Paul Smith’s College with an AAS degree in Forest Technology. After graduation, he spent 6 years in the hardwood lumber industry; beginning as a sawmill manager trainee, then transitioning to a procurement forester role. In 2006 he entered the pallet industry as the manager of a large pallet manufacturer specializing in new pallets. Greg joined Carolina Inspection Services in October of 2012 as a quality inspector, and his industry experience gives him the ability to be a consultant for CIS clients in many facets. Greg, his wife, and 2 kids make their home in Independence, Virginia, and they are active members of Gold Hill Baptist Church.

Philip Downes resides in Western Kenosha County, Wisconsin. He has three children and four grandchildren. Downes is a US Marine veteran and a former police officer, along with 15+ years in the Lending industry and worked as a project manager in the Demolition business. He began with Carolina Inspection Service in 2015 as Quality Inspector and is currently servicing clients in seven midwestern states.

Andy joined the Carolina Inspection team in 2016. He serves as our inspector in the northeast region. In his free time, he enjoys camping, performing as a musician, and volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America and his local church. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he makes his home in the South Hills of that city with his wife and their three children.

Landen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. He resides in Wilmington, NC with his wife and 3 dogs. Landen joined the Carolina inspection team in 2022 and services Eastern North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. In his free time Landen enjoys camping, computer building, and playing with his dogs.
